How to print the habit goal tracker
A habit tracker page should be printed on a single sheet of paper. This page should include a list of habits you want to change and a space for recording each day’s activities.
You might want to add any notes about yourself or your life that you feel might help you remember what you’ve done.
You can easily add this to your regular 8.5×11″ planner, if it’s is smaller you will need to scale it down and trim to the appropriate paper size.
