Why use a daily schedule printable?
Well, I don’t know about you but I always forget what I have to do especially if it’s something that’s not in my normal routine.
Things like calling the doctors or dentist or checking in with someone always seems to get lost.
I know when you hold everything in your head, you’re bound to let something fall out.
Write it all down on your daily schedule and see how much of it you can get done. When you write it all out, you won’t forget anything. If you can brain dump out all of the things onto a sheet of paper, that will unload all of the tasks you’re holding in your brain.
Then you can go through and prioritize them all.
Which ones are time-senstive?
Which ones have to be done? Which ones can wait a bit?
We tend to fill up our time with the easiest tasks first, but when we do that, we don’t achieve the big goals we set for ourselves.
Are the tasks on your daily schedule helping you work towards your goals?
If you have a goal of learning a new language, have you made time for that today?
If you want to grow your business, have you scheduled a business building task that isn’t busy work?
I love the feeling of being able to check off something from my to do list.
The physical act of drawing a checkmark next to my task is very gratifying. You can use it to motivate you to get even more done.
My tasks list always includes my work stuff and my personal stuff.
There’s just no way to get around that.
Make time for self-care
Is your schedule full of work obligations? When will you have time to read that book you always wanted to take bath or visit with a friend? Make time for yourself by adding it into your daily schedule.
Treat your self-care activities like it’s a top priority so that you don’t just wave it off and do it the next day.
You have to make yourself a priority so that you can function at your highest level for yourself and your family.
If you have a huge project you’re working on, breaking it down into bite sized tasks will help you attack it one bite at a time. You’ll get more done that way then feeling overwhelmed with your project and not doing anything about it.
And who can’t get more work done with unicorns in your life?
How motivated will you be when you see unicorns on your daily schedule everyday.
Print out this unicorn daily schedule pdf so that you’ll be sprinkled with magic everyday.
Don’t let it sit on your computer or desk collecting dust.
You need this to get more done in your day.
